How to switch energy
suppliers with B smart

B smart lives in your B app (so it's exclusive to B customers) under More > B Store. Once you're there, you can switch in just a few simple steps.

  • Confirm your energy supplier and we’ll send your information to Energylinx, part of GoCompare.com Group PLC.
  • Tell Energylinx about the energy you use and they’ll search the market for a better deal.
  • Filter your search results (maybe you want to see the greenest options, or check out the best deals from your current provider), then choose the deal you want and confirm your switch.
  • Sit back and relax. Your new provider will handle everything for you - including breaking the news to your current provider.
  • In 45 days we'll credit your account with £40 if you've switched a dual fuel account, or £20 if you switch just your gas or electricity.
